To make our Raindura® hats, thermosetting yarn is handwoven inside a paper fiber straw hat body, resulting in a durable, shape-retentive, and water-repellent finished hat. Bailey's style Lachlan is blocked into a 4 1/4" Hondo crown with a 3" brim. It is trimmed with Japanese grosgrain that is laser etched with a custom leaf pattern and is accented by a vintage leather cord overlay. Finished with a moisture-wicking sweatband, this style combines Western influence and modern-day technology. Made in the USA of globally sourced materials.
